Some things to know while ya wait..
We're excited to offer FREE U.S. Shipping via USPS! You may select to have your order expedited at checkout for an additional fee.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1 or 2 business days of cleared payment. Many ship same day for your convenience! This excludes Sundays and holidays.
- Our items ship USPS first class with an estimated 2-5 business day delivery or USPS priority mail with an estimated 2 business day delivery.
- All shipments will have delivery confirmation, which will be provided to all customers via email upon shipment.
- All shipments where tracking status is deemed "delivered" will serve as proof of delivery. Disco Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen claims once proof of delivery is confirmed.
If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we are happy to open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.
However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
- Make sure the shipping address provided to us is complete! The most common reason for an undeliverable shipment is that the apartment or suite # has been omitted. Re-shipped items will be subject to a re-ship fee.
